Tom has developed over 3 million square feet of manufacturing, office, warehouse and multi-family properties worth over $400 million. Tom led mergers and acquisitions for a regional industrial services firm where he originated and managed acquisitions, consolidations and facility commissioning’s building a $100 million regional industrial services group. In 2016 Mr. Murphy co-founded MackMurphy Holdings in Northwest Florida. In 2018, he co-founded Summit Real Estate Management to manage his MFR portfolio. Capital intensive project management, capital formation, deal origination, start-ups and strategic planning are among Tom’s core skill set.
Since 2003, Bryan has actively invested in real estate, assembling a diverse portfolio that spans single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. Bryan co-founded MackMurphy Holdings in 2016 to invest in and develop real estate assets with a primary focus on value-add multi-family properties and residential real estate development. In 2018, he co-founded Summit Real Estate Management in partnership with an experienced and dedicated team to provide a full-service property management solution.
Bryan is a devoted husband and proud father of four. He holds an MBA from Tiffin University and remains committed to building companies that deliver meaningful impact and improve lives.

Kenny is a Panama City resident and long time member of the Summit team. He and his crew are responsible for all general maintenance of the Summit portfolio. Turnovers, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and FF&E installation are on his daily to-do list. In addition to maintenance, Kenny oversees landscaping, groundskeeping, pools maintenance and laundry facilities.
